Press Release Concerning the Shipment of Natural UF6 to the Rokkasho Uranium Enrichment Plant

The final phase of the ongoing intake of natural UF6 which was transported per voyage to the Rokkasho Uranium Enrichment Plant, was completed today. Unloading began at 8:40 and loading of the natural UF6 to the plant was officially completed at 14:55. The total amount of naturalUF6 received today was 24 cylinders (48Y-Type), for an aggregate total of 100 cylinders (approximately 1250 tons of UF6).
