JNFL Announces Suspension of Full-Scale Cascade Operation at Uranium Enrichment Plant RE-1A Facility

JNFL has suspended full-scale operation of some of the cascades at the RE-1A (150tSWU/a) facility that became operational in FY1991, due to possible adverse effects on enriched UF6 caused by centrifuge stoppages. For the same reason, it has also decided to suspend full-scale operation of the remaining cascades on 3 April.
