Press Release Concerning Receipt of Approval for Reprocessing Facility Design and Construction Modifications

JNFL received approval from the Director General of the Science and Technology Agency today, regarding an application to modify the design and construction of its reprocessing facility filed on February 1 2000. The modifications are designed to improve the Spent fuel Cask Maintenance Facility which is scheduled to be constructed within four years after the start of reprocessing business.
