Press Release Concerning an Application to Modify Reprocessing Facility Design and Construction Plans

JNFL announced that it today filed an application with the Director General of the Science and Technology Agency concerning modifications to the design and construction of its Rokkasho-Mura reprocessing facility.

The modifications are designed to improve the operating stability of facilities in the previously approved Head End Building, and reflect design improvements based on the experience of COGEMA in France.
