JNFL hereby announces that it has received the certificate of compliance for the Rokkasho Uranium Enrichment Plant following the 12^th periodical inspection which began on September 1, 2011.

Main items examined in the periodical inspection:

1. The operation of emergency devices, safety protection circuits and interlocking devices
2. The processing capacity of radio active waste disposal facilities
3. The performance of radiation control facilities
4. Dose equivalent rate and ambient radioactive material concentrations
5. The ability to prevent nuclear fuel materials from reaching criticality and the ability to contain nuclear fuel materials within the prescribed areas
6. Plant performance in other areas
