We have applied for approval to modify our Reprocessing Business Permit to allow the link between the MOX Fuel Fabrication Plant, which is currently under construction, to the Reprocessing Plant, as well as to modify the site configuration and the area of Reprocessing Plant.

Details are as follows:

(1) Allow the transport of MOX powder from the Reprocessing Plant to the MOX Fuel Fabrication Plant, as well as to link the power supply lines.

(2) Allow the Reprocessing Plant to receive solid radioactive waste and liquid waste drain from the MOX Fuel Fabrication Plant.

(3) Integrate supervised area surrounding the Reprocessing Plant, which is located within the southwest of the Reprocessing Plant Business Site, with that of the reprocessing plant.
